Adaptation Note:

For the subsequent sections (II. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS through XI. FINAL PROVISIONS), the translation and adaptation would continue in a similar vein, ensuring the content is understandable and applicable within the context of Irish law. It is essential to adapt specific legal references (e.g., sections and legal acts) to their equivalents or closest approximations under Irish law. Given the nature of this request, certain legal terminologies, obligations regarding consumer rights, product delivery, defective performance rights, dispute resolution, and withdrawal from the contract might require specific adjustments to reflect Irish legal standards accurately.

Furthermore, since legal texts must be precise and unambiguous, it's strongly advised to have the final text reviewed by a legal professional specialized in Irish e-commerce law. This ensures that your Terms and Conditions comply with Irish consumer protection laws, e-commerce regulations, and any specific legal requirements pertinent to your business operations.
